Refund policy

PRODUCT RETURNS: Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns under any circumstances for sanitary reasons. Once an order is shipped, all sales are final.

PRODUCT REFUNDS: No refunds will be given due to personal dislike of scent, texture, or design. As our products are handmade, colors and design can vary slightly from batch to batch.

ALLERGY WARNING:  All ingredients are listed on our product pages. It is important that you are aware of ingredients/allergens that could affect you and know that we do use other ingredients/possible allergens in our facility. 

GENERAL PRODUCT WARNINGS AND CAUTIONS: It is the responsibility of the user of the products to use the products properly and as directed. Always be aware of personal allergies and irritations. Spot test all skin products prior to full use. If any products cause irritation, discontinue use immediately and consult a physician. Windwood Farm Soap, LLC is not responsible for injuries or accidents.
